Odds Behind The Don't Pass Bar

So, you want to win more money on the don't pass bar eh?  Well, you came to the right spot, I mean Dark Side Spot haha.  What?  We're betting on the dark side so if you think about it it's the dark side spot.  Okay, now for ways to win on the dark side spot.  To make more money on the don't pass bar you need to lay odds on the don't pass bar once the point is established.

So, we have our don't pass bar bet.  In order to win right now we need a 2 or a 3 to hit.  In order to push we need a 12.  If a 7 or an 11 is rolled before the point is established we loose our don't pass bar bet.  Once the point is established we may lay odds behind the don't pass bar bet.  Some casinos will have you lay the odds next to the don't pass bar bet.

As you can see here the point is 6.  If the point is a 6 or an 8 we would need increments of $6 to win increments of $5.  If the point is a 4 or a 10 we would need even money because it would pay out $1 for every $2.  If the point is a 5 or a 9 we would need increments of $3 and we would get paid in increments of $2.  Now, remember in order to win on the don't pass bar once the point is established you need a 7 before the point is hit.  That is why the payouts aren't as much as placing odds behind the pass line.  Placing and laying odds behind the pass line and the don't pass bar pays true odds.  That's the amount of times to roll the point vs rolling the seven or rolling the seven vs rolling the point.

You now know how to win more on the don't pass bar by laying odds behind the don't pass bar bet.
