Odds for every number

Before you begin your craps career you need to know everything about the game of craps.  The first thing you need to know about the game of craps is the amount of times each number will roll.  That is what you will learn in this post.

I've been with a lot of people who do not understand this and will not understand this.  There are 2 dice in craps, so when you count 4-5 you also need to count 5-4.  That is because there are 2 dice and each 4 can hit twice as can each 5.  Now that you know this you are ready to learn the amount of possibilities for each number to appear in the game of craps.

Number 2 you can hit this number with 1-1.
Number 3 you can hit this number with 1-2 and 2-1.
Number 4 you can hit this number with a 1-3, a 2-2, and a 3-1.
Number 5 you can hit this number with a 1-4, a 2-3, a 3-2, and a 4-1.
Number 6 you can hit this number with a 1-5, a 2-4, a 3-3, a 4-2, and a 5-1.
Number 7 you can hit this number with a 1-6, a 2-5, a 3-4, a 4-3, a 5-2, and a 6-1.
Number 8 you can hit this number with a 2-6, a 3-5, a 4-4, a 5-3, and a 6-2.
Number 9 you can hit this number with a 3-6, a 4-5, a 5-4, and a 6-3.
Number 10 you can hit this number with a 4-6, a 5-5, and a 6-4.
Number 11 you can hit this number with a 5-6, and a 6-5.
Number 12 you can hit this number with a 6-6.
